The design concept for the outdoor area will give the planned quarter its own "green" address. A lawn border frames the new quarter on Osterbekstraße with a slight height offset. The buildings will be set on a green plateau, as it were. On the green plateau itself, the clear and concise zoning of the outdoor spaces divides the new quarter into the functionally necessary different allocations. The majority of the trees worthy of protection will be retained. The two communal meadow areas will be covered with fruit-like, small-crowned trees, e.g. Amelanchier as high trunk.
