Summer bath Raffteich in Braunschweig Refurbishment and redesign

The outdoor facilities of the Raffteich summer pool were completely renovated and redesigned. The uniform paving around the swimming, diving and paddling pools gives the pool a spacious and open feel. The colour design is based on the colours sand yellow in the running surfaces and water blue in the integrated shower pools. There are no barriers or steps and the sunbathing lawn borders directly on the pool perimeter. The entire area is unobstructed.
Comfortable benches and wooden decks invite you to sit and lie down. Tree and bamboo plantings accent and provide shade.
A colorful pole forest leads over to the toddler area with a wading pool, a sun awning, the shady grove of trees, and small play equipment.
A sand play area with a playhouse, a pergola with a canopy, and shaded seating is located around the perimeter, creating a quieter area.
The ensemble is complemented by a water play area, the 'Splashpad'. Various water games, water splashes and water tunnels attract children, young people and adults.
