As part of the expansion of the St. Josef Psychiatric Clinic in Neuss, the outdoor facilities around the clinic were redesigned. The overall concept provides for an opening of the area. Footpaths connect the public paths with each other, a traffic concept is being developed.
Therapy and patient gardens are assigned to the ward buildings. The main entrance will be designed in a representative manner and the listed north canal will be integrated into the design with a partially planted water basin.
The newly built car park will be drained decentrally via infiltration troughs.
