The framework concept develops a pedestrian and cycle path connection from the city centre to Takeloh. Alongside the paths, spaces for play and recreation are created. The "Green Belt" is a flexible framework plan that will be successively expanded. The most important task in the implementation is the opening, further development and reorganisation of existing allotment garden sites as well as the integration into an open space system.
