On a total area of 8.8 hectares in a topographically and scenically sensitive structure, a type B fighting track, various grass playing fields, running tracks and various athletics segments were created. Measures for water retention and water reuse, nature conservation compensation measures as well as the integration of parking lots, clubhouse and spectator areas had to be developed.
