The planning is based on a limited open competition in a cooperative procedure. This includes the school and children's house of the Förderverein Freie Waldorfschule München Südwest e. V. as well as the adjacent residential development of Wogeno München eG. On the approximately 2-hectare site in Munich-Forstenried, a so-called multi-generational square is being created according to the guiding principle "For each other and with each other of young and old".

The committees of the Freie Waldorfschule München Südwest e. V. are to be involved in the implementation. The planning is therefore adapted to the wishes of the building owner during the construction process. In addition, parents and students themselves lend a hand and implement their own construction measures.

The challenge is to involve all parties in the given schedule and to adapt the planning to the changing framework conditions (structural and civil engineering).
