The headquarters of S. Oliver Besitzgesellschaft was consolidated in a new building.
The task was to organize the development on the extensive site, to plan parking spaces for staff and visitors and to create the connection to the representative entrance area. In the inner courtyard and on the roof terraces, recreational areas with a high representative standard were created.
