The concept of the outdoor facilities provides for the restoration and completion of the surfaces of natural stone paving and clinker on the areas facing the market square. Property boundaries remain invisible to the bank customer and visitors to the branch and the bank appears inviting to the customer. A carpet of clinker laid on edge is placed in front of the entrance area of the bank building. The remaining paved areas around the new building are kept in a large-format concrete paving in natural grey and have a displacement protection. The parking spaces are paved with large-format lawn slabs with a large joint ratio of approx. 50
usted. A circumferential eaves strip of dark, large-grained slate chippings accentuates the clear lines of the architecture. The planting areas in front of the building are designed in a combination of hedges and perennial plantings. The hedge planting extends in a clear form around the new building and is accentuated in alternation by a perennial planting. In the area, a loose shrub planting with solitary flowering shrubs is additionally considered, which loosens up the clear form language of the cut hedges in parts. The access areas of the bank building are largely illuminated by the lighting of the building structure, the remaining areas of the outdoor facilities are illuminated with post-top luminaires in a clear design language.
