The basic design of the inner courtyard with a size of approx. 1000 sqm is divided into three staggered levels that can be walked through on a circular route. In the routing of the paths, great importance was attached to maintaining sufficient distance to the private ground floor apartments and terraces in the outdoor area.

The lower level of the outdoor facilities is connected to the ground level of the ground floor without steps. The next higher ground level is brought to a height of approx. 15cm by upstands made of high-quality concrete block elements. Another level is also brought to a height of approx. 30cm in relation to the ground level of the ground floor by means of the concrete block elements described above. On this level, small trees and large shrubs form a frame for the small, centrally located square, enclosing it transparently in this way. At the same time, the crown of the trees provides a certain degree of privacy from views from the upper floors.
The small square is intended to be multi-functional in use and not overly shaped and predefined by too much open space furniture. Only the creation of two pre-structured lounging areas for the elderly as well as small children's play is intended.
The furnishings should be of a rather neutral to sculptural nature and of some aesthetic value in order to create attractive views from the surrounding buildings.
For resting on the square, as well as on the side of the circular path, puristically designed benches made of concrete blocks with wooden supports are provided. The height difference between the square and the path is overcome by handicapped accessible ramps with handrails.

The open spaces outside the underground parking are characterized by three large trees that are to be preserved, which are planted with ground-covering perennials for better maintainability in the eaves area of the crowns, where no lawn can be established.
