Directly in the city centre of Cologne, near the Aachener Weiher, a residential complex of the highest standard was built. The modern, clearly structured architecture provided the template for the design of the outdoor area. A rectangular lawn, enclosed by hedges, forms the centre and also serves as a play and communal green area. An attractive evergreen planting of large glossy medlars forms the end. Protected private garden areas for the ground floor apartments were created close to the building. A play area for toddlers with a sand play area and various play activities rounds off the complex.
